Artificial intelligence (AI) continues to significantly impact the modern workplace, driving efficiency, automation and productivity. Research by the World Employment Confederation found that over 80% of business leaders believe that disruptive tech, such as AI, will force organisations to revamp their approach to human resources completely and the skills needed to drive success. Yet 78% of those same business leaders say they cannot train their employees fast enough to match the pace of technology development.
